All Swaraz Sewing Machines come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship

• Mechanical failures under normal domestic or commercial use

• Functional defects related to motor, bobbin system, tension adjusters, or drive mechanisms (as applicable)

• Free repair or replacement of defective parts

• Free labor charges for servicing covered under warranty

• Access to authorized Swaraz Service Centers across India

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidents

• Modification, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

• Wear and tear of consumables (e.g., needle, belt, bobbin case, rubber parts)

• Damages from voltage fluctuations or use with non-recommended accessories

• Aesthetic damages such as paint scratches or faded color

📝 How to Claim Warranty

1. Contact your nearest authorized Swaraz dealer or service center

2. Provide the original invoice or purchase receipt

3. Present the product for physical inspection and diagnosis

4. Warranty claims will be processed within 7 working days after verification
